Interview
- VERY LONG - 8-10 step process.
If you apply, then you will need to do it 3 months in advance due to how slow and long this process is. You will meet ALOT of people.
Including: Skype call from TA in Australia, meeting with various directors, then team members.
Then you have to come in to their office to work for half a day followed by a lunch with your potential team members. Then an IQ test, followed by a reference check (which the reference checker made my former boss uncomfortable with their questions - give them a heads up about it).
Finally a meeting with the MD.
They have a draw, which doesn't reset (but the % resets back down every year - which means less money for you, and more money for the company).
Also candidates/clients are split (50/50 or 50/25/25), so that they can pay you less money when it comes to commission. This was the main reason for turning down Robert Halfs offer, as this is one of the worst commission plans in my opinion.
KPI's are 20 sendouts per month / 15 meetings / 10 requests / bring 5 new clients when your first join.
They want to make sure you can hit those KPI's and everyone likes you.

Interview
Long and extensive, they make you go into the office and shadow (unpaid) other employees for over an hour across multiple days. They did not give any follow-up on the interview process whatsoever. Overall, very unprofessional, especially coming from the "largest staffing agency" in the USA. Do not waste your time, they do not hold any consideration for candidates. The lack of follow-up is a spit in the face, and they should improve their interview process. I am disappointed I wasted so much time/energy on these inconsiderate people.
Multiple rounds of interviews. Not difficult but just wanted to make sure my experience was a good fit for the position. Everyone was super nice and made for an easy process.

it was quick and easy. all happened at branch level. whole process only lasted about a week. I initially spoke to a recruiter then the branch manager and then the regional manager.
