Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how my previous experience aligned with the role i was applying to
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
Met a recruiter at a career fair, brought in for an in-person to meet with the branch manager. Spoke to 3-4 other team members. Very conversation, really enjoyed speaking with each. Seemed too easy, basically got the offer at the end of the conversation without asking any true interview questions. Mostly just told me about office culture.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
