Interview process was easy and straightforward. It is mostly about understanding your background to know where to place you and which assignments you might be a good fit for. There was a phone screening first then an interview.

I sent a follow up email and I got crickets. 3 weeks later the direct hire department reached me out and said your profile and assessment look good, I don’t know why we didn’t hire you.
