They do their due diligence. Process takes a few weeks. Includes a few interviews, background check, including education, they will call your college or school. They will prepare an official offer as any large company will do. They will email you all the necessary forms to fill out and send back, pretty straight forward.

Question 1
Today hiring decisions are made on personality and soft skills more than anything. My interview was fairly standard.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
