Depends on role and how quickly they contact you. They set up the client interview quickly and the process after that was quick. They will also begin the onboarding process shortly after that

Basic questions relevant to Role Salary Range was huge
Typical staffing interview. Not much knowledge of HR practices or duties. The staffing agent had asked typical questions of previous work experience and duties then moved on to less trivia questions of why this role etc. It was a standard interview that could have been dealt with over the phone.
