Interview
The phone screen was completed in about 30 minutes and consisted of any exploratory conversation between myself and the division director. The on-site interview process was fair and went smoothly. I met with division director and office manager prior to being hired.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
