Interview
It was easy. I had a phone screen initially. Then a virtual interview with the client. The representative from RHL helped to explain more about the position and the company. I was able to prepared for the interview.

Describe my experience with various aspects of the job. Why are you moving to a new job?
Was great. Recruiter was detailed, explained the interview process, and provided some pointers to know more about the format. The interview itself was pleasant, the hiring manager was nice. It felt more like a conversation rather than an interview.

The interview process was very simple. I got a call where we when over my background and what I wanted. Then we had a in person meeting where they went over the available jobs.
