I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
They basically hire anyone who looks good and can talk. There is no technical recruiting in the technology side. If you can work with vendors that is fine. Also there are no growth prospects if you are not white. They lie through their teeth. Do get your commission structure in writing. Do not get on their step program.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (Boston, MA)
Interview
Comfortable phone call with hiring manager, talking about background, career progress, future trajectory, how you'd lead and tackle obstacles. Questions were not super-in-depth. Was more of a feel out type of conversation.
