Interview
The interview process was like any other. If they need you, they'll hire you ASAP. In my case, the need was urgent. I secured an offer fairly quickly. The interview was about 4 hours because I was lucky enough to meet the entire chain of command in one day. Otherwise, it'd take a couple of days.

Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
