I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Roche
Interview
I had two people interview me, one from HR and the other was a scientist at the company. Having two very different people interview me was interesting because I got to learn about two different areas in the company and how they work together to make the company what it is. It was a casual and informational interview at first and then they transitioned into the behavioral questions. Very easy and straight forward.
Very smooth process, only a single step, good communication throughout and opportunity for me to ask questions as well. Role play, presentation and then competency based questions. Had to do it in person. They took a while to get back to me.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Roche in Feb 2022
Interview
I was contacted via email, and had quickly interview. Hr and 2 team members were there. They asked me regarding my previous job, since I worked similar things. They explained me more details regarding job.
