It's your basic cattle call. They rented a hotel convention hall and brought in numerous other applicants to interview in a group setting. The interview takes 4 hours to complete by which time you would be able to interview with numerous other employers who pay the same or more. On top of that, they use outsourced recruiters who call you upwards of 5 times a day, are barely comprehendable and have a complete lack of regard for your time and energy. It would be far better to have people be up-front with what is to be expected going into an interview. I would have not agreed to interview had I known then what I know now. Currently unemployment is at a record low and there are better jobs out there with companies who respect you enough to show integrity. Don't waste your time with these people.
