First round was a pre-recorded video interview without interviewer (first red flag). Second round was a case study. The case study was about a real problem the company was facing with an actual product launch (second red flag, seemed to be asking for problem solving ideas through the interview). When asked about day-to-day job responsibilities, goal setting, how they evaluate their employees for the position and which territories they cover they had no clue. They were just staring at eachother smiling awkwardly (third red flag). However, they were polite , welcoming and gave positive feedback throughout the interview only not to proceed with an offer. The case was too time-consuming as well.
