Very thorough interview. Good questions. They offer great pay and benefits for employees. The process is very smooth and isn’t rushed. Make sure your resume is up to date, including everything!

Interview
2 hour interview. Resulted in me reaching out to my contact at Roux two times but I never heard back from him. To this day I still do not know my application status, I just assume they were not interested in me. Appalling that such a "professional" company would treat a prospective employee as such. Truly disappointing.
