Interview
2 step interview. You will meet with 3 managers, SME and associate director in separate interviews. You will first go through 1 interview where they will primarily assess and understand your current skillset and qualifications. If you make it to the second round they will seek how you can contribute value and if you a good fit.

Interview
There were 2 interviewers in the room, but only one was asking questions and the other one was unbothered. The other interviewer was very unwelcoming and barely shown any interest in interviewing. Both of them conversed in Mandarin which was very unprofessional.
The interview process consists of two stages, both of which are quite direct. Directors and junior analysts are friendly. Be in the know of current global events. It's a place where you can learn.
