There were four interviews conducted. First, a phone interview with the HR manager. Second, a one-on-one interview with the HR manager. Third, a panel interview with the local managerial team of the department you're applying for. Last, a panel interview that includes the local and US managerial team of the concerned department. The last two interviews were done at night to accommodate the working hours of the managerial team.

On the ground interview to meet the local team, see my knowledge in the industry, get to know my work ethics and habits. Video interview to meet the offshore management and team to see my knowledge in the industry, iron out any specific questions related to the job. Final offer and paper signing.
