I got a random call from HR explaining the role and asking if I’m interested for an interview > Interview with HR > Interview with Site Managers > Interview with Direct Manager

HR: basic interview questions (tell me about yourself, behavioral questions)
Site Managers: company and role related questions
Direct Manager: more of a casual conversation on past experience, expectations, etc.
