Interview
The interview process at S&P Global is honestly a joke. I went through multiple rounds that dragged on for months, with long periods of silence and then sudden last-minute interview requests. After doing 4 rounds of interviews, the recruiter completely ghosted me — no feedback, no closure. To make it worse, two of the interviewers were super rude, distracted, and rushed the conversation. It felt like they didn’t even want to be there, which was really discouraging. Overall, the process came across as disorganized and disrespectful. The worst company I've ever interviewed for, hands down. speaks loud about their culture.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.
près trois entretiens, l'entreprise a disparu dans la nature pendant quatre mois avant de m'envoyer un email m'informant finalement de leur refus. Trois entretiens, puis quatre mois de silence total, avant de recevoir un simple email de refus.
Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
