The interview at SGS was conducted in a group format. When I attended, there were seven interviewers present, and they asked me many different questions. I felt that about half of the evaluation was focused on whether my personality was suitable for the role and the company culture. During the interview, it’s important to speak more and actively engage, because they want to see how you communicate and interact.

Application: You start by submitting your resume and cover letter or filling out an online application. Screening: The company may conduct an initial screening to assess your qualifications and fit for the role. This may involve a phone or video interview. First Interview: If you pass the screening, you'll be invited for an in-person or virtual interview with a hiring manager or HR representative. This interview often focuses on your background, skills, and experiences. Second Round or Panel Interview: Some companies have multiple rounds of interviews or a panel interview where you meet with several team members or stakeholders. Assessment or Test: Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment or test to evaluate your abilities. Reference Check: The company may contact your references to verify your work history and performance. Final Interview: In the final stage, you may have an interview with senior management or executives to determine your suitability for the role.
