A 2 stage interview process. The first was informal and held virtually and second was an assessment day covering general competencies for the intended role based in Scotland. A group of 8 smiley attendees gave 2 presentations each and had a 1 to 1 interview with the hiring manager. There were 3 positions available.

Regional Manager and VP of BD performed interview on me at the office location. It was a 1:1 environment they were polite and very precise on the interview questions asked. Also spent time discussing future endeavors outside the position at hand. Also touched on other service sectors in which cross selling activities could occur.
