First was introduction, then chatted with manager and teammate, sharing school learning and work experiences, I also asked what's the job contain and what will i do in this position? then they shared with me the current project in details, they asked me what do i think about their department. Over all, the interview progress was very professional, smooth and friendly and excited.

The interview process was fairly unorganized. The first stage was a screening phone call from a hiring manager. The manager was 30 minutes late to the call and gave no indication beforehand. The call lasted about 15 minutes and consisted of reading the posted job description and my resume in real time. A follow-up interview with the site supervisor was scheduled, though they did not ask my availability beforehand. I asked to reschedule due to a conflict and did not receive a response. I decided not to pursue the opportunity any further.
