SIS Software interview questions

Overall process was lengthy with expectations set after 3 interviews that there would be 3 more interviews. After I declined to proceed any further, recruiters and HR harassed me to continue proceeding.

Very interesting feedback received from SIS, definitely haven’t heard this one before. “We’ve interviewed someone else from your company for this role and have determined that your skill set wouldn’t be a match based on that conversation” and was furthered by “you would take too much training, if any other junior roles are presented we’ll keep you in mind!” Bold move Cotton. Politely declined any further contact.
