STEP Strategy Advisors interview questions

It was a very casual 30 min conversation where I introduced myself and my specific goals to the CEO of STEP. She was very engaging, charismatic, and responsive to my answers. She then assigned me a task to complete before moving forward. After I completed the task in the following week and reported it back to her, she took me under her wing as a winter intern.

I submitted an application and was asked questions about my abilities and what I might be able to bring to the company. There is a skills review test that ensures you are capable of completing the base work at this job.
