I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sannam S4 in Mar 2026
Interview
I had an initial screening interview with Sannam S4 Group, and while the conversation itself was professional, the overall experience was disappointing.
At the end of the interview, I was explicitly told that feedback would be shared. However, no update or communication was ever provided afterward. Being left without any response—despite a clear commitment—reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process and candidate management.
Candidates invest time and effort to prepare for interviews, and failing to follow through on promised feedback shows a lack of respect for that time. This was particularly surprising given the company’s positioning in the international education sector, where professionalism and communication should be fundamental.
Pros:
• Initial interview was professional
Cons:
• No follow-up after promised feedback
• Lack of accountability in communication
• Poor candidate experience
Good, pretty straightforward. Basic interview questions with 3 rounds behavioral questions + knowledge based on role applying for. One with HR, Hiring Manager, CEO or C-level Ops person. Will hear back pretty quickly good company.
