Shell Assessed Internship interview questions

A textual question appeared on the screen, then I was given unlimited attempts to record a three-minute video answering the question. This was repeated twice (i.e. three questions in total).

The first step of the interview is an automated interview process. First they ask you some simple agree / disagree question, mainly relating to the following: navigating customer and coworker challenges thriving in a fast paced enviornment belif in control over outcomes seeing tasks though to completion, belif in ablity to sucecced and perhaps more Then they ask you ~3 open question where you record a video of yourself answering a question. One was about how to naviagte a sisuation where you and a coworker had differernt views, another one was why do you want to work at shell, and I forgot the other one, but it was not technical, still very personallity based. Finally, there is like a social saftey / phishing test, very easy, all you have to do is read the guidelines and follow them.
