Two-stage process: brief first touch from HR, then a formal panel call. Communication was timely, expectations clear, and tone courteous. Focus on motivations, culture fit, and high-level legal judgment—no case study. Scheduling was smooth; feedback polite.

Describe a matter where you balanced legal risk with commercial practicality.
Quite ok. Not difficult. Do come prepared and know your resume inside out. It would help if you did good research on the company also and have questions to ask.
Very rigorous 3 stage process, which included the review of a legal document with one hour to read and provide answers. Hard interview and you are expected to display competency in the specialist area of law they are looking for.
