1) Phone screen interview
2) Face to face interview
3) Try to trick you during the offering process
4) Took one month between background screening / drug testing / submitting resignation letter.
5) Poor process to on-board experienced hiring.
Interview scheduled in an organized way and hr team very supportive to give the feed back and scheduling slots. Overall it's a positive atmosphere and positive energy to getting interviewed by shell

- HR is kind and helpful to answer all sort of questions.
- Team Leader is explaining how the team likes and what is the job task and what is the daily operation.
