Preliminary interview over the phone, with first a general HR person and then a trading manager. Then panel interview with 3 people who asked questions about an investment case study which I was given 15 minutes to prepare.

Asked to rate how much I agree or disagree with certain opinions. Seems to be how consistent you are with certain answers. Then an online interview that is done individually
