1. Uploaded my cv and transcript
2. Did a series of online cognitive tests (game-based)
3. Online Hirevue interview
4. Waited a good few months, then got a call from HR asking me to interview, interview took place about 3 weeks after the initial call. I was sent a case study 48 working hours before the interview (I was told I was being considered for either commercial downstream or HR). interview was about 90mins long w/two employees, I had 20mins to prepare a 5min presentation and then was asked a set of 20 or so questions on it. No competency questions at this stage.
5. Offer – I got another call offering me the role about 3 days later after the interview!
Basic questions nothing out of the box hirevue questions. Hirevue is after the online assessment. The online assessment is just basic value based questions which isn’t that difficult, could be done even though i get rejected
