Interview
The face-to-face interview before Shell Recruitment Day (SRD) was both mind-challenging and joyful at the same time. The interviewer was friendly and he made it clear on the interview procedure. Only behavioural questions were assessed. The behavioural questions require critical thinking and every single detail would be required from you to enable the interviewer to fully understand what you have on mind to tackle a certain situation. Self-confidence is crucial to impress the interviewer.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to change your decision because someone disagreed with you. What were the challenges? How did you solve them?
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Interview
The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
