Interview
I had an initial screening call with the hiring manager. The screening call was more on the manager telling me about the role. After a month or so an interview was scheduled on Skype. I could choose to give the interview from home or their local office, I chose the office. It was a 2 hours session. The first hour was to assess functional competency through situational questions and the second hour was to assess behavioural fitment also based on situational questions. The recruiter was in the room throughout as I gave the interview. There were 2 interviewers for both the sessions. The hiring manager was common for both the sessions. Overall a very positive experience. Well arranges, no glitches and completely comfortable. Interviewers were genuinely keen to hear and know about me as a candidate.
