Shell R&D interview questions

phone interview with panel of leaders. Follow-up telecom for offers. found this somewhat tedious. questions were somewhat from left field. Did probe for technical depth but also for leadership skills and experience. Did not know that I was speaking to senior level of leadership (later found out).
