Shell Trilingual Translator interview questions

I was offered to attend an interview with Shell in London for a trilingual position based in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. The person who conducted the interview was not professional at all. Interview consisted of three parts: 1) I had a verbal interview with 2 persons from Shell (none of them were from HR); then I had telephone interview with the office in the Netherlands; 3)I had a written test in their London office. I was competent with oil and gas terminology and I knew that my translation was correct, but nobody contacted the recruitment agency and we never heard any feedback from Shell.
