The Talent Acquisition team reached out to me a month ago on LinkedIn, saying my profile was a strong fit and requesting my resume. They later asked for several additional documents, which I promptly provided. After that, the recruiter completely disappeared. I followed up after a month of silence, only to receive an automated rejection email. The experience felt very unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time. The very least they could have done was provide a proper update.
