Interview
4 rounds of interview for an entry level role including a take home case which had a limit of 2 days. Was very very disappointed by the way the HR ghosted after the final round with the hiring manager despite multiple follow ups. Responses in the first few rounds were prompt, was utterly flabbergasted and infuriated with the lack of professionalism having gone through 4 rounds with them. Maybe a no reply in the first two rounds were acceptable but definitely not when somebody spent hours on a case and getting it through to the final round. A simple rejection would have been enough. Just because someone is a fresh grad does not make him/her less of a professional candidate.

Technical questions on pricing and B2B client onboarding and negotiations tested during interviews with department head and hiring manager.
HR round followed by interview with team lead. HR round was more for assessing personality and whether the scope fits. Discussion with team lead about the team and the role and also job scope.
