The worst ever.
There were 3 stages (application-face to face interview with Singapore HR- face to face interview with regional head). The job posting originally said that Shopee was recruiting 5 people, and then they suddenly changed the opening to 1 person. Then, in the face to face interview, the recruiter says that I'm not qualified enough (then why'd you ask me to come in for an interview in the first place), and the interview only lasts 15 minutes. But even so, I get escalated to the next part of the recruiting process. (In retrospect, I should have just dropped it here.)
In the last stage of the interview, the interviewer doesn't ask many relevant questions, and suddenly informs me that Shopee normally doesn't hire people fresh out of college (fyi, I have 2 internship experiences) for permanent positions, and that even if they decide to hire me, it would be for an internship (are you kidding me? Why would you wait to tell me at the end of all these stages)
Seeing how they treat their potential employees as jokes, changing their words around like they would flip a coin, I never want to have to do anything with the company again. I hope others don't waste their time on applying here.

Many rounds of interview just for 1 junior position (4 in total), although turnaround time was fairly quick, got ghosted after the final round with director, without any interview feedback or outcome

Took less than 10 mins after waiting for more than a half-hour. The recruiter seemed very tired. She was working with her laptop while I introduce myself and didn't even give a glance. She didn't ask any work-relevant questions.

Interview
Applied for the position of Cross Border E-Commerce Team Assistant. I applied on the 9th of June and received an email to give my available time slots/ranges on the 14th and they set the phone interview call for 18th June 2021.
Everything was okay, the phone call interview was like any other phone call except that it's through zoom and that the interviewer doesn't show their face which I found wired? Because like why wouldn't you?
Do note: It's a 3 round interview? 1st is phone call interview, 2nd is the excel test, 3rd is another interview with the "Team Leader". Only after everything then they will tell you the pay they will provide (Diploma holders - $2500-$2600), their welfare, and benefits.
