I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shopee (Bangkok) in Dec 2018
Interview
- HR will call and schedule an interview at the company
- Doing skills test (maths, questions)
- Interview with line manager asking specific areas of works we would like to be responsible for
Quick and easy HR interview, easy questions, HR was very nice, only lasted for 15-20 mins, asked common questions regarding self introduction, experiences, career aspirations, why u want to join shopee, why chose this role, etc
Difficult, tricky questions that should really be thought about. Interviews can be case to case basis but in general hiring managers and HR. A number of interviews depending on role

Question 1
What was the most difficult issue you had to face and how did you endure it
Registered for the Shopee Career Fair last August and there's no transparency in their hiring process. I signed up and completed the reg form and even selected "Yes" to attending the Career Talk. Didn't receive any invitation or link until I messaged their page, so I only got an invite at around 11:30 for the talk that started at 10am. Saw many applicants also commenting on their page with the same experience as mine. The next day I didn't receive a link again for the exam. After messaging their page again, I was only informed then that only shortlisted candidates will get to take the exam. Shopee didn't specify that throughout the whole reg process or even on their social media announcements.
