Attended a short phone session with one of the HR recruiter and the recruiter was pretty friendly. After which, attended a Skype interview with one of the rudest interviewer I’ve ever met. First, the interviewer told me he haven’t view my resume yet and actually only start to go through my resume at the start of the interview. After which, he kept harping on my age during the interview, saying that I would be the oldest in the team if I join and the fact I’m even older than their boss. Woah I’m sorry but I can’t turn back time to make myself younger to suit you guys. If age is such a critical factor here, then please kindly state so before the interview so that I can stop wasting your interviewer’s time and my time. I don’t think I will be selected and I definitely won’t try to apply for any more other jobs here.
