Applied for a Shopee internship under the Business Development department. The interview with the campus recruiter was quick and easy, just going through my experiences. The second and last interview was with a member of the direct team. It was also going through my experiences and how I can add value to the team. Got in and i can't wait to start!
One phone interview with HR and one zoom interview with hiring manager. hiring manager asked alot of questions and we had a good conversation. got accepted under product development team as an intern
It was very nice and supportive. I just didn’t prepare very well, but then my friends who did go to the offer. I hope things will go well in the future for me.
It was a great experience overall, and I truly enjoyed the whole interview process. The conversation flowed naturally, and the atmosphere felt comfortable rather than overly strict or formal. I appreciated how engaging and open the discussion was, which allowed me to express my thoughts clearly and confidently without feeling pressured or intimidated.
