It was very friendly, was first interviewed by HR and within a week I was interviewed by the team's PM lead. Both of the interviews were difficult but felt like a conversation, felt interactive and smooth.

1. Call with HR - mostly administrative
2. Interview with team lead - business questions, some tech questions, some behavioural questions. Focus is on the business end. Minimal to no tech skills required.
