Interview
First round interview is with HR. Second round interview is with the hiring manager. After you got accepted, there will be initiation test that you must pass within 3 months. But they have abolished that test recently and replaced it with other success measurement which im not really sure

If you are given this (case study situation), how will you drive or implement the initiatives?
Smooth and straightforward. Went through 2 rounds of interview. Mainly behavioral questions like why Shopee and what made you apply for this role. There were a few technical questions to follow up.
Quick phone call with recruiter and then an interview with a hiring manager. The whole experience was quick and fun interview experience. Recruiter will do a background check with referrals.
