I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Simon-Kucher
Interview
Submitted cover letter and resume.
1st interview: Recorded a short video answering three basic questions.
1 - Why are you interested in life sciences?
2 - Why SKP?
3 - Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
2nd interview: 45 min case interview with a consultant. I've never done a case interview before so didn't exactly know what to expect. The interviewer was nice and friendly. Basically didn't talk about my background or expertise, just jumped right into the case. It went ok.
3rd interview: 3 45 min case interviews back to back with people of ascending seniority (senior consultant, partner, senior partner). First two went fine. Last case was challenging and didn't understand what the correct approach was. The last interviewer did not seem impressed unsurprisingly. Not expecting a job offer but have yet to hear back.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first 15 minutes were:
tell us about yourself -- experiences and CV?
Why are you interested in the company?
Why are you interested in this specific role?
The remaining time was dedicated to business case studies:
pretty straightforward, the first question was always what elements do you have to consider for this case?
One interview also contained a logic puzzle, while another interview also contained a market sizing question.
The market sizing question was: How many ski boots are bought annually in Switzerland?
