Although I did not get an offer, the process was very fast (<2 months from application to interview) and the interviewers were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person.
The interview process consists of an initial round of brief introductory questions, followed by a presentation in English that candidates are expected to prepare in advance, and a case study. This entire process is conducted twice, each time with different consultants.

Das Bewerbungsverfahren bestand aus zwei Gesprächsrunden. Die erste Runde war ein klassisches HR-Interview mit Fragen zu Motivation, Lebenslauf und Erwartungen an das Praktikum. In der zweiten Runde folgte ein Case Interview mit Fokus auf Marktgröße, Pricing-Strategie und strukturiertem Denken. Besonders wichtig war es, strukturiert vorzugehen, Hypothesen aufzustellen und die eigene Denkweise klar zu kommunizieren. Der Gesprächston war insgesamt professionell, aber sehr freundlich und offen.
