Interview
They asked for a writing assessment submission. Had three days to write a three page article on the topic they chose. Then I was invited for an in person interview. Brief meeting with Business operations lead, Two team members and the Vice Strategist.
First interview is behavioural, then you get three day to do a take home science assessment and take home case study. The science assessment is writing a 1 page summary of 3 different scientific articles and the case study is creating a presentation/recommendation for a client.
It is a rather extensive interview process, around seven steps and will take around a few months so be prepared. Rather light HR first step with a take home double assignment, be warned that you won't get any feedback otherwise and it is rather cold in that aspect.
