I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
3 interviews - completely ghosted after 3rd interview. I reached out several times for next steps and no response. I am fine if I am not a good fit but have enough professionalism to let me know.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom (Austin, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
Hands down this was the best interview process I have ever experienced. From start to finish Slalom's personality of being a unique, people first organization came through during every step of the process. Everything from the warmth and candidness of the various interviewers as well as the transparency around the dynamics driving decisions around the hiring dates.
I cannot say enough positive things about the whole process and it set a new standard for how I will engage with potential hires in the future.

How do I see myself working in a people first organization, and is that appealing to you?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was smooth, but long. My recruiter was a great communicator and I knew where I was in the process. I met a lot of people throughout the interview cycle, which made me feel comfortable that I knew what I was getting in to. They were also accommodating to my work schedule and even when I was late due to the commuter rail delays, they were flexible and didn't make me feel like I blew it. Overall a good process.

Question 1
They asked a lot of questions to get to know me as a person to see if I would fit in with the culture. That appeared to be the focus.
