It was lots and lots of interviews. I found it inefficient. They were hiring me through a creative services agency and wanted a campaign manager to run a multimarket campaign for their b2b software clients.

Question 1
Questions were very conversational in nature. Like, tell me about yourself style questions. I found out later on that this was to establish vagueness about what role everyone did and who I would report to, and what my responsibilities were.
