The hiring process is a false positive experience. It took over 8 weeks to schedule out multiple interviews. The experience felt positive but it truly keeps you on the edge. Interview call, 1:1, and a hand full of interviews over a week or three periods per each interviewee. They all spoke about their company structure and review it with the potential candidate. .

The interview process included a phone interview with a recruiter and two in-person interviews at the office. Although I advanced through multiple stages, the process ultimately did not move forward.

There were 4 rounds of meeting with a series of individuals. The meeting and purpose lacked direction and seemed mostly exploratory in nature. Decided to discontinue engagement after a request for another presentation. No clear objective.

Interview
It was a long process: several rounds of virtual calls, spread out over 45+ days. However, I felt like my interviewers were excited to learn about me and wanted me to succeed.
