I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in May 2016
Interview
"Do what is right, always". Apparently their core values only apply to clients and not potential candidate employees of their firm. I met with the recruiter first over coffee followed by coffee a second time with a technical consultant to discuss skills. After that, they went silent and didn't even have the decency to return an email after the time I invested.

Question 1
Questions were all over the board. I guess they were trying to gauge my breadth of knowledge instead of focusing on what I'm good at and where I could help as a consultant.
Phone screen with recruiter regarding fit. Then a video screen with a team member regarding in depth discussion about team and resume. Video screen with hiring manager consisting of more behavioral and technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Monterrey, Nuevo León)
Interview
Proceso bastante rapido, tuve feedback, el resultado no fue el que esperaba pero debo admitir que casi no me prepare, pero si reconozco que estudiando una semana antes pude haber tenido un mejor resultado.

There was a lot of back and forth. I felt very disrespected by the low offer after clearly communicating expectations about that at the beginning, after all that back and forth. It felt like a waste of my time.
