Interview
Interviewing at Slalom was a very positive and straightforward experience. The HR team did an excellent job at keeping me informed, working with my schedule and making me feel that they were very interested in me as a candidate and as a person. I was able to meet with three different people on the same day and from various practices, which gave me great insight into the types of people that I would be working with. The conversations flowed easily and they showed great interest in not only my work history but also my interests and aspirations.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
