I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
Very fast. Not that much discussion. We did not get into much detail about the position, just various questions on "what would I do if..." The person interviewing me seemed very rushed.

Application
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Slalom (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2022
Interview
Recruiter set up interview and never confirmed whether it would be in person, over-the phone, etc. Called twice to ask and confirm, did not hear anything back. When I showed up to the interview, I was met with questions as to why I showed up, since she said she never confirmed the interview. The recruiter then proceeded to be very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. No apologies for my time and effort to show up for the scheduled interview.

Question 1
1) Why did you even show up? 2) Do you even know what consulting is?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Slalom (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process with Slalom was nice because it felt more like they were getting to know about me as I was getting to know about them. It started with an email from Shane and then we talked on the phone for about 30 minutes. After the phone conversation, Shane and I exchanged a few emails and decided to meet for coffee and talk more about the opportunities available as well as what I am really interested in. I walked away wanting to know more about Slalom and what they were doing. Luckily, I was able to come in for interviews with the talented leadership at Slalom. I met with several individuals over a few hours and felt that the interviews were more of a conversation. I really enjoyed that fact because I felt like I was really able to be myself as well as get the chance to interview them. Very quickly after the interview process, Slamon reached out to extend an offer. Through out the whole process I was kept in the loop with updates and genuine feedback. That showed me that already they valued me as an individual. Nothing but kudos for Slalom.
