The Interview process was lengthy and thorough. Met with several practice leads and got to know more about the company and where I can fit in. The interviewers were professional and to the point. The Case Study and behavior interviews were a bit challenging as they should be but if you are prepared and highlight your strengths and areas of opportunities, you should be fine. Slalom really follows their core values and you will hear about them a lot throughout your discussion. I can gladly say that I was impressed with the interview experience and I've accepted their offer.

The interview process included a phone interview with a recruiter and two in-person interviews at the office. Although I advanced through multiple stages, the process ultimately did not move forward.
